pony training time!

I have been so busy with work and school and keeping up with all the ponies. Im spending riz off to training with charity filmore (hopefully) but there is an issue,money, aint that always the issue. Im trying to lease em out to anther home to help pay for the costs. If you know anyone looking for a lease please me let know, and she is also for sale. Ive been so busy at the farm, riding and training the amzing olivia! Olivia has spread her wings and is starting to show her true colors as a rider. Every time I see her she is getting better and better! We all heading down to the local pinto and she showed Dr Do little, aka Doodle, amazing pony, and she got 6th and 3rd! I was so proub of her, she learned to let go and trust her pony! I cant wait to see where they will go in the furture! We also took lil jessie along and was hopefully going to show her but she wasnt feeling it that day so we sratched.Also olivia hoped on em for her usual saturday seccession and she learned how to use her seat and how the horse listenes to what her body is doing. They were great 2g, and em was a great girl for olivia. There is so much more to come and cant wait to see how everything turns out. I promise I will up date more but just keep in touch!!

Recently I have been slowing down on my riding as I am TRYING to get better from my fall. Getting throw off my little yearling doesnt help. Em is doing so great. lexi has been riding her when I cant, and Nicole took at great lesson on her with Kelly!! Riz had been doing great, he gets confused sometimes, but that just means we got to bring him back down and work his basics. Im planning to take him to the pinto in 2010 of next year and show him in walk/trot, if all goes well if not I will just show him walk, or jsut take him to hack round.But everything is going great with the horses just on a slower pace.

Well today I am not writing about my horses. I want to just say what I am feeling. Have you ever wondered why ppl say they are ur family but in the end they are the ones that hurt you the most. My whole childhood horses have been my place where I could fall back on when things get ruff. Every time something didnt go right in my life I would go hope on my crazy lil mare and it would just seem like for once everything in my life was better. I have learned alot in my life thanks to horses. Horses taught me so much in my life like indepence and strength and courage. If yall dont know me I am a very independent and very head strong at times. I just have to say I really dont trust anything beside my four legged friends. But I did start to trust someone and in the end the person I trusted most changed my mind about ever opening up to anyone. SO as I would do anyday I just wasnt having a good day I went to see my horses, and let me tell you everything was all better. I have to love my lil colt, he has only been riden once before today but today I hopd on him and rode him around the farm bareback in a halter and lead. I couldnt of asked for a better day. Some people say an animal cant change your life but mine have. Horses are a great thing and will always be a part of my life, even if people come and go. My horses will always be there.

Ive been so busy working and trying to get ready for a big show me and holly are traveling too, and also trying to work out all the plans for riz to be moving to whistle stop (thank you tara!!!!) Em and I have been working reall hard to get ready for thr big tryon eventing show. I am showing Em in novice which is 3ft stadium and 3ft crosscountry with 3ft width and a dressage test. I have been working really hard on getting her to listen to me and also letting her go but not getting to fast and crazy. I also have been working on some funs courses that jump in and out lines and some higher fences. Holly and I and a few other people are heading down to stono river before I work this saturday to try and school over some x-country jumps. I warn ya'll it been a whole since I evented my mare, and we should see how it goes. I am so very excited to go tho. Eventing is ems and I thing and IM ready to show the world what we got and been working so hard one.. WIsh us luck and Ill keep yall updated!!!

Well tight now I am recovery from getting my tonsils and adnods out!!! Fun fun...not lol. Ive been so busy lately with work and trying to get out and ride as much as possiable. I have to say Em is doing so good!!! I couldnt ask for a better mare to own. We are currently jumping around 3ish courses and she is doing great. I dnt have alot of brakes but she is a true jumper as that.I plan to show her in the PSJ coming up in jumpers. Rizzes is another story he is doing great but is in need to get his feed done badly. We just cant find a farrier with time and thats not to expersive to come up there. But we will find someone. I also have been looking at a great lil morgan I might end up be leasing. and I also looked at a great oldenburg to lease, he is just a lil bit more out of shape then I would like but a great ride! I forgot to write on the Clemson show we went to a few weeks ago. It was great I got 2 1st and 2 4th. I showed dressage, and a muscical freestyle and low glambers and discpline rail. Holy showed her 3ft-3'6ft jumpers and placed well and lexi also showind Em in her FIRST dressage test ever. They did great too. It was a great show and have fun going with a big group again. But I got to go rest posting pics from Clemson!!!

My week has been going ok so far, I have been waking up early before 5 hour work days to go ride Em. Holly has been helping me pull together my freestyle and its coming along. I have been trying so hard to get all the money together for clemson and I think I might pull it all together. My car might be sold which that means I would got all the money to go. Also I am a new owner of a 1985 ford rnger, with 7 inch lift and 37's on it!! I am very proub of myself that I am able to get this truck, I have been working really hard at work to get it and plus a lil help from the family. Also have to say thank u to everyone at the barn wednesday for putting up with hearing I like it I love it by tim mcgraw like 50 times lol!! Em is coming along very nice. O I forgot I got to go c my pony in JamesTown, Riz, I cant say how much I miss him being close, hes gotten even BIGGER! I cant wiat till I can afford to bring him closer to home... But its late write more later.. O before I go, I would really lik to c some fimliar faces at Clemson, if ur free the week of Clemson, 14,15,16 come down and cheer everyone ono. its a great time

Well I have been so busy with working and TRYING to save money for Clemson. Holy decided to take Em to the middleton jumper show. Let me tell yall something bout Em, she loves to show. Being in the showring is lik her place, I dnt think she wouldnt have it any other way. I believe Holly jumped her 2'6ft open but it cld be 2'3ft open, not 100 % sure, but they won the class. I am so proud of Holly and Em and really wish I cld of been there. But Congrats Holly and Em. I hope Holly will be showing Em at Clemson Too, I also think Lexi will be showing Em and me Also! I hope that maybe somewhere I can find the money to get to show what I want, or it looks like Holly and Lexi might just be showing. But everything will work out!!!

I havent posted in a while as I work 6 days a week now. Im trying to save up for clemson, which me and em will be showing a muscical freestyle. I have been working really hard to make Em get in shape and the right way. Em loves being at whistle stop!!! She is a different horse. Riz is doing great, Kj is taking such great care of him.Im going to post some pictures of Em and I.... and have to say something before I post them!!!! I only took my helmet off to take the pictures then I put it right back on!!!!LOL!!! Dnt want to get in trouble.

So this month I have been trying hard to get Em back into shape and she is SLOWLY getting there. Em is more relaxed then I have seen her in a while, she is carrying her head lower than ever. I have been working on doing alot of strength exercises, alot of circles and firgure 8's. I have been giving her her head and just letting her do her job. Em's canter has always ben more relxed but she still is excited after we canter, she thinks o lets do it again!!!! I have been riding with an Ipod and I feel so much more relxed. I would have to say if I could give a tip so any rider is, ride with an Ipod and it works miracles. Riz is doing great, I went out and saw him yesterday and gave him a good grooming while I was out there to feed....

Also I got hired at Sumerby Retirment home which is really exicting......

I havent been posting as much as I like but I am going to try posting more. Em is now located at Whistle stop stables. I have to say thank you to holly and tara. Em is starting to act like herself again. I felt so bad for her because she just wasnt happy, and she def. showed it. Riz is at Paula for right now, thank you paula and ms. Kramer! He is happy being out 24/7 but I would love to have him where Em is but money is REALLY tight right now and there is no way I could afford full cost on both of them. Em and I are starting to get back into shape for the Clemson Show in August, we are planning on doing a 1st level musical freestyle. I am going to get a video and put it on here when I do it!!!! I will get pictures this week of em and riz of there new homes!!! O...and Happy Fathers day!!!

Well I have been SSOOOO bus and havent had anytime to write.... but tp start it off Em and Riz are now close to home now!!! THere are located at a great farm with great people. I love it!!! Paula and I went on a LONG fun trail ride yesterday, we went swimming with the horses!! It was hot but it was def fun. Riz is getting use to his new home but the farm owners just LOVE him so thats great. Em is starting to get some weight back on her!!!! I am planning to get her back in shape and get back into the eventing world and show what we got!!! But we will see!!

Also I bought my first car!!!Thank you holly!!

Well I think the lease is official!!! Kaitlyn(karin's sister) is going to start leasing Em. They are going to do so great together. Now thats once less thing I got to worry about, I was so worries about not riding Em so much I felt bad but thats makes me so happy that someone else is enjoying her. Now I can work with Riz more and ride favorite little pony more!!! Ken moody is coming out today, thank you!!!! Em and Riz REALLY needed there feet done. But I will update more this weekend!

I have been really busy on trying to find me a job to pay for the car I am buying!!!! YAY!!! I might have em leased out but I am not saying anything just yet :)!!! If i could get her lease out, lord that would help me so much better, because I hate seeing her sit in the pasture because I never get out to the farm anymore. But Riz is doing great, and so is my little western pony.... Hopefully I can get this job and I am trying out for that has to do with horses!!! yay...write more laster!!! Its to late!!!

OMG!!! I think the sea island show was one of the most exciting and fun shows I have ridden in. I havent rode Em in a week before we took her, but I got on her Saturday and just got her out, and she turned out great!!! We did little stuff as I havent jumped her high in a while. We did jumpers 2'3. I got 2 2nd and 2 3rds. I was so happy!!! We had some problems loading her, but then they got fixed :). All n All it was a great day. I was a little sore as Holly, Lexi and I camped in a stall the night before, lol. WEll I will write more later....

Well I have been very busy lately with school and trying to go ride as much as possiable!! I am excited to say that I am going to a horse show next Saturday and holly was nice enuf to offer me a ride out there. Yall should come and watch as me and em are jumping 2'6-2'9, trotting as usual. I jumped Em yesterday and lets say she gave me a good ride!!! But one another note, RIZ!!! He is finally putting some weight back on and do is Dixie!!! That makes me so happy!!! Both of them are doing great, we put dixie on a joint supplement hopefully it will help a little!!Also yesterday I got to go look at some stunning OTT that I am going to start working with. There are going to be a hand ful but its all a learning experience and a time to show that I really can train a horse. If most of yall dont know I have handle and riden many OTT so I am not going in blind eyed!!!lol... Thanks JUlia for letting me!! Well I will write more tonite after I ride em and go to the huntin and fishin festival!!

Well every thing has been good and well the weather hasnt been to good tho. I tried to ride last weekend but the weather really wasnt helping me. But I actually got to ride between it raining and the sun coming out and then more rain. Im excited because this weekend I am going to watch a dressage show, which I am not showing in this time as money is really tight.But today I had fun!!! I got to go out with paula to her property and ride danny, the camp pony... I had fun even tho that pony has a killer sitting trot... I mean I thought I was going to die sitting it. But he was great. I am posting pics from the show I had with Dixie a dew weeks ago...and pictures from my brother riding dixie and me riding em last week.... Write more later!!!

Alot has been going on lately... All the horses are switching pastures. Riz is going with Dixie and santiago, and we are moving the closer horse closer to the barn.... and the dog, ahaha jam, we call him dog tho, is going out with the big girls. We are going to start bringing them in to eat to me make sure each horse gets there food. Today we had some excitment at the farm, all I have to say is I am glad everyone is ok! I am working with dixie to get her ready for the pinto in March... and also working on my summer camp plans for mills farm 2009 summer camp!!!! Em is doing great we have been doing alot of flat work and just taking it easy, riz is getting bigger!!!! lol... Update more tomorrow

So I havent written a blog in a while, but now Ill give yall the update. Em is doing great, the trainer from Middleton is suppose to be coming out to look at her to buy or lease. Also she just got her feet done, and when Ken was leaving his truck got stuck....So Randall got his little Ranger and pulled him out!!! I have pictures!!!Lately I have been working with Em on not being so sloopy jumping, and me not being so sloppy either...we are actually starting to look pulled together. OOO... before I forget, I took Dixie a little roan pony I ride to a show. We did western open after only 3 days riding western, we were a little fast but she looked great. Also I did english walk trot open, which she also did great. I have to say I think we went against every quarterhorse I knew. She was the smallest stock breed in there, at 14h. I laughed it off because I went there to have fun and I did. Thank you holly for coming to help and support for my last two classes. Riz is doing great.... getting bigger and bigger. I will write more later have to do home work!!

So I have been really busy lately... and have some bad news. One of the goats at the farm had there baby but the baby was just not healthy and pasted away yesterday nite....But on another subject... I am showing Dixie Saturday at the Pinto show!!! Im really excited as its been a while since I have shown a sane horse or pony.....expesically at the Pintos!!! Also Em is doing great... i rode her today and she couldnt of been better. We jumped lines and she actually has a nice pace. Also I rode Dixie and worked on pushing out her canter and her moving freely which is not great yet, and I also jumped her. Which she is getting better. i also worked with Riz today and he was great as always!!!!

Horse Farm...? No, goat farm

Haha, I bet yall are all wondering what my heading means, so here it is. Cecil and Paula and Kj and I all went to go get some goats we ended up coming home with 4 goats insed of 2 and 3 are pregant.Which we already have 2 goats at the farm. I named one of the goats, which is totally mine beside I dont pay for her, but she is a LITTLE white one and her name is Tinkerbell, and they we have a black and white male named Billy, and 2 other tan and white females, with no names yet. But we also came home with something we didnt think we were. A horse, really a gaint, a 17h, 17 year old, Belguim amish horse, named Sainti Ago, named by his new owner Dawn Mills!!!! He is just stunning and as broke as anything. Paula and I braided and groomed him today, and I fixed my halter which he now wears, which was an oversize. Ha, on to Em, Em was really ouching today on her hind so I wrapped her legs and I am leaving them on tonite and taking them off tomorrow... But shes doing great, and so is Riz...

Now for the good stuff, Cecil didnt believe me that I rode and showed and kinda owned a horse bigger than Sainti Ago, and even jumped!!! His name is tiny and he was right around 19h , he was my pride and joy, and then he sold. But I took him to his first show and jumped him and all other wondereds!!miss you boy. Right now my computer wont let me post the pictures but I will post them asap... but I will be bringing then to Cecil tomarrow!!

Ok... Lets say this blog is just getting out what I have to say.
I have to say that all this drama at the farm kind of makes me feel betrayed, I dont get why people have to be so sneaking about somethings, and Personily; I know I am not the only one that feels like this; I feel like I am being just blown off, like a grain of sand. No matter how nice I try to be there dont care, there head is always higher than mine. But I dont care, I wish them the best of luck. All I have to say is I am doing what is best of my horses, and for me. I am staying.... I love the farm owners, and they are just great. I have to say they take great care of my horses, even with me horses weird schedule as she is in everyday in her stall beside monday and wednesday and they put up with my crazy little colt. If anyone has the option to baord there, take the offer!!! I think this time and place is actually really good for all us, its time to know who is there for the right reasons, who really wants it, and who really is family. At times we alll feel like its never going to get better, but now everyone has a fresh new start. Time to wipe of the slate and begin and new chapter, and I think we all need it. I want to wish everyone the best of luck, and me and paula are going to do our thing. And hopefully we will reach our dreams, and never stop to look back on this.....

All I have to say is the last few days have been really hard for me... a lot has been going on in my home life, but like I always do is run to the barn for my one place of freedom. Today I shaved Em again, she looks great. I also rode my most favorite pony, Dixie. She is coming along Great!! Als9 yesterday I rode my old time friend, April, lord I miss riding that horse. I also today put Riz's western bridle together!!so cute... write more later

Dreams gone or just on hold?

Well I know most of yall that know me, know that I have been trying so hard to find a horse to qualify for Young Riders in dressage with. I have to say this drama at the farm right now has made my dreams go down the drain, and personally I didnt know what else to do beside just cry. I have been working on my horse for years to try and make her that horse for me but she can just not doing the flying leads, and tempis. It really kills me to think of selling her, and getting my "dream horse" but I have to say Em is my dream horse, just not this dream. Em has everything I love riding but if I want to do something I WANT TO DO, not my horse, I might need to part with her. If yall dont know I have owned this horse for MANY years, and I have been thru everything wiht her. And I quote, people say when I am riding her it looks like we are dancing together. Personally I am the only one this horse really trust, and doesnt try and bite. But there is a time and place for everything, and I want to start amking my dreams come true. Hopefully everything will work out and I can contiue to look for my dream horse and try and get to young riders by 2010!!!

So I thought I would say something that is short and sweet... I am staying where I am at this point....If yall dont know what I am talking about I am sorry I cant say it at this time, but if you do then you will understand... But I will give yall an update on my horses.

Em...wow thats all I can say... She is doing great we are still jumping the little stuff but we have been jumping like 2'6ish to make sure she isnt getting to bored,but she is finally getting that she doesnt have to jump then buck off crazy afterwards, she is finally letting me help her change her leads and canter off nicely!!!

Riz is doing great. I wanted to see what he will think about getting clipped so I clipped his front legs...lol. But he was PERFECT, he is going in the stall now so I think I might clip his whole body to get rid of that winter ucky coat.Riz is finally filling out,lord he is going to be a nice pony! But got to study for exams.

I wanted to post on to one person just one person, Rachel. I cant believe that you think its ok to write on my blog and my friends, even my trainers. But see the thing is you we DONT KNOW YOU. And you wont say who you are?? Maybe you are just unreal in that way that you have to be mean to someone else to make you feel like a "GOOD PERSON". Well you arent, please leave my family alone, and go bother someone else that you can bring down, or no dont bother someone else, just plain grow up....

OK , lets me start out saying Riz looked so darn cute in his new sheet and jammie. But lets get on another topic, letting a horse go. I am consdering selling Em, as most of yall know I have had her for a long time. But I just thought I would write a blog explaining how it feels to let go and have a new horse come into your life and get the great life my horses did.

About a few years ago I got a little 14.1h pony named littlejoe, he taught me so much and gave me the pastents to learn and accpet not to get mad or frustated when something went wrong. I was heart broken when I had to sell him. But I learned that there is a time and place for everything and the right people came along and I sold him. I cried my eyes out but who wouldnt? But as joe got to move on so did I!

Before I sold joe I got a crazy little mare, as I call big mare. She wasnt pretty or stunning at all and had a bad attitude. I literally was like what did I get myself into, I work with this mare for the longest time. She bucked me off and I got back on, she reared and I just held on. I have to saw this mare was driving me crazy, I thought I would never had a horse that would not try and kill me But in the end I love this mare more than anything, this mare was Ememablia, my current show horse. I have had truely some hard times, but I have to say I wouldnt be the rider I am today if it wasnt because of her. I recently decided to sell her as I like theres a time where I cant do anymore for her and she cant do anymore for me. It so hard for me but I want to make my dreams come true, if I had the money I would breed her and keep her but I think Im ready for a change.

Christmas time

well merry christmas everyone!! I am happy at the outcome of my christmas, my grandmother is paying for the shots for my 2 horses, which really brings a smile to my face as I dont have to pay for it!!!! also I got $175, which is going to Clemson in Feb. when I am taking Riz!!! I also got a hood for Riz and a new blue pony fly sheet for him too, plus me a new pair of boots and a new pair of riding pants. I got tons of close but I also got a mini ipod which I really need , now i can ride with it. My whole family got a wii!! which we got like 20 games and controllers for it! Plus I GOT A NEW PHONE, as everyone from the barn knows I needed one badly. Then my dog got TONS of bones.Have to say a great xmas, now on the horsey side. Holly, KJ and I went to the horse auction saturday and I have to say was alot of fun!!! I fell in love with Surrey, one of our new horses, babies, not really a baby anymore as she is 6 and 17h of piere stunningness!!! I only wish I had the money to pay board on her myself. We got a rubber, plastic bucket for Ems feed buckets as she is a termite eating all the wood.But I have to get back to family! Write more later!

Clemson

Well I will amke it short and sweet. Em loaded great!!! haha got to love a easy loader, we got there and it was like 20 degrees!!! big change from the 60's. Saturday we competed in Discpline Rail and got 1st out of 3 people, which one of the people in the class was my trainer, and one of my good friends horse, houston. Have to say that was so much fun! Sunday I showed in 1st level test 3, against 3 people. got 1st, and did novice combine training and got 4th as i stratched the jumping part as I have literally frozen, and feeling a bit sick. Then I did the high glambers and got 2nd, I have to say when Em refuses she must be sick or I am not riding good. I say she refused but did it to save my butt as it was into a one stride with a 2'9 fence and 3ft oxer I believe, but got to love her anyway. I have to say my motto everyone is loving, and I believe it, GO STRONG... OR GO HOME!!!

I just wanted to say, I might sounds crazy, but I think my barns butties, YALL KNOW WHO YALL ARE, actually took in a little of my blog I wrote and I see them forming into what kind of person they want to be, a family. I am so happy, and proub to see them stick up for me, in which they kinda did it without me asking. Nicole I am proub to say I think you found a horse that if you mold a little bit more can be your dream horse, you have learned a lot and have become a very nice riddder. And Paula, just great! Thats all I have to say. Keep your head up like it is right now, dont put it too far up, and you will make your dreams with the barn family, even if no one else is by your side. Gia, one talented little rider, lets just says you have big dreams ahead of you!.
This farm is a true family, and we dont get caught up in everything, personally thats the way I like it!

I listed a price because I have ment tons of people in the horse world that think just because there horse is $45,00 they think there better, Im not saying everyone is like that.I think if people cant state there opionion in a nice respectful way then they shouldnt say it at all. Please take in what I say and dont pick out everything I said and turn it around.

On a bettter note, Ememablia and I practiced for our dressage test today...haha that was fun, have to love her tho. GOt our leg yields down and the canter circle!!Jumping 2m should be FUN!!

I cant believe some people, if yall know me you know I love horses so much and give it my all. I have worked my butt off for what I have and I cant believe some people have the balls to comment my blog in such a mean way. I am not pointing out anyone in it, I was just stating what I think happens. Its sad but that is the horse world. I know no one has the balls to say the truth but it is, really think about it. If a horse that was $45,000 went into a ring that was $600, who would win? So for Rachel I want you to look at what you say and think do I really love this sport to be so rude to someone that has the same passion? And first of all I'm not rich or fat, and yes i do ride int tennies, and that was my good friend jumping my mare, and fine call me fat, do you really think it hurts me? Thats why its a passion, WE GO STRONG, OR GO HOME. Stay off my blog or be respectful.

I thought I would write a blog about the "HORSE WORLD" and respecting it. I noticed in my time riding horses( bout 13 years) and owning then that people in the horse world are mean and just plane rude. Every trainer I have been to have burned bridges with other trainers or trainers have burned them with them. All I have to say is if you want respect you got to give it. I am in horse back riding because it is a passion of mine, not a hobby, a passion, something I live for. The first thing I think when people dont give respect is, wow they dont love this sport they love the fame that comes with it, they love the rediculous price tag on there horse. I can tell you right now I know people who have a $600 dollar horse and can whip yall out of a blue riddon. All I am trying to say why is the horse whole going mad. It really doesnt matter if your 2 seconds late for the class in the showring, or forgot your course, lord, all we trying to do is have fun right?? Then why do so many people get yelled at by other trainers. I dont know, I quess I will never know. All I know is at the farm I ride/board at has passion, and has drive, we go strong or go home! That is my motto and I do live my it. I think all horse people should live by that, no greed!

I havent posted in a while, I have just been so busy trying to get set for Clemson and pay back some bills, and get some money to pay for Ems feet to get done before Clemson, and also Riz has he needs his done too! Lord these horses are costing me a butt load, haha got to love them! Well Em has been doing GREAT. We have been practing in our myler getting her ready to ride our 1st level test 3 test, going back a few test to get a good solid score. hopefully next time we will be doing 2nd level again. Ememablia has been jumping so great, nice and even and kind slow!!!She just got shaved about a month ago and is loving always being in her PINK jammie! Riz is doing great, growing like a stem! But I got to love him.
♥ I just thought I would say its been almost 5 years I think, that I got joejoe, which I sold about 2 years ago to a great family! I got him on Christmas!!!

I know I havent posted in a while its just been busy! Well to start off I have been riding Em in the double bridle again and she is finally learning to take the bit and no hold it in her mouth. Me and her jumping is another story... We have been working on jumping little stuff to get her nice and slow and not bucking so that has made us a lil sloppy...lol! but she is finally getting the whole wait for the jump not launch... But all I can say is I never have a boring ride and we are continueing learning new things...We started up our long line training again and she loves it!!! I maybe need to get her in a cart and she what she can really do... On another subject... Riz.... He is doing great about that choke he had. Silly Yearling, he is growing so big and is now around 14h. i cant wait till I finally get to ride that big floaty trot, and that huge jump he has. We(me and randall) have been working on long line him and he enjoys that.Riz is coming along great... i just wanted to say a little bit about one horse I am working with at Mills... Miss April, she is the custest little roan, I believe she is an arbain/tenesse walker. She has a bad habit of having her head up in the air like a camel but we are finally getting it down and she is learning its ok to have it down. Also if anybody shows come to our horse show at Mills the 30th of november it will be tons of fun!!!

Well Em is doing great at her new farm... She is settling in really....haha Em is the only horse in the barn with a Pink Name Plate on her stall, thank you to Dawn and Cecil(sP). Well Riz was my problem. he chocked while Holly was at the state fair, but he is all good now...Lord he is getting so big too. I will post some cute pics but I got to go to school :(...

As many of yall all know is that I was at Hampton stables, but now I am back with the farm "FAMILY". Em and Riz are at Mills Farm and doing great. As most of yall know Em is in the stall almost all the time as she likes it, she really is loving how big her stall is right now! I wanted to say something for Gia if she is reading this. You are a talented rider and we miss you with all our heart and your pony is in good hands. I dont know if yall know but Jessie left M and M a while ago and had made it back with us. I have been riding Jessie and I am loving her, but Em is getting jealous, so is Riz :). Well I will keep updates but I wanted to post a few cute pics from Em at Hampton.

So as most of you know that M and M is moving to a farm in Moncks Corner. Its a long haul for us" TENNAGERS," but I know we will all be staying close to each other. I am still deciding weither to keep my horses at a local farm in Charleston or to move to moncks corner. I love those gurls at M and M and really dont want to lose them. As of right now Em is at a local farm and Riz is still at M and M. Ill let yall know what happening when I find out more. But for a happier note, Em has been doing great, we have been jumping 3ft and working on staying nice and collected. She is turning out into one nice jumping horse. Well I have tons of school work Ill write more later:)!

Well its been a busy few weeks. Now its been even more busy. The hurricane Hana has been closing in on South Carolina but thank god its only a Caterogy 1. But for now we put Em and Riz, my 1 1/2 year old yearling and Amador at a local farm till the storm passes then we will be back at M and M. The week of Sept. 13 we plan on going to the Pinto show and jumping Em 2'6ft and I am going to try to hunter classes and see how we do. Also Riz is going and once again showing in the Halter classes. Also I am looking for a parnter for me to try and Qualify for Young Rider Championships. But every body keeps on asking me will Em be for sale now? Nope she will not I will either keep working with her and show her or she might go out for a lease. But she is still going to stay with me!!! But Ill keep yall updated!!!

CLEMSON!!!!

WEll Em and I had a great time at clemson. Em showed howd good she load when she has to be loaded onto an open stock trailer at the last minute. When we arrived she was FABLOUS too. Calm as can be. We all warmed up our horses friday night and then headed for some food and a good night of sleep. SAturday was a great day for Em and I. We did the Displine rail class and got 2nd and then we did Gamblers Choice Low and got 4th. Sunday was also a great day. I did Novice combinded training and got first and did 1st level test four and 2nd level test one in dressage and got 2 first.(EVEN THO WE WERE THE ONLY ONE IN OUR CLASS):):). But it was all a great show together. Im so proub of Em and I just cant say how much I love this horse. We pulled it together from only riding the 2nd level test together once. All I have to say is I love my horse!!!

A HOT week

So Em and I have been just taking it easy this week. It has been so hot. The Clemson horse show is coming up next week then school starts for me :(. I am showing 2nd level test 1 and 1st level test 4. Also combined training Novice and doing some jumper classes! It should be really fun and plus my boyfriend is coming to cheer Em and I on!!! Em recently got get feet trim and re shoed so she was kinda iffy on her feet so we have been just doing our dressage test this week... I gave Em a few days off from the farrier and can you say a sassy mare?? Em is FULL of energy this week. But I cant say I dont love it!!! Ill keep yall updated from Clemson!!

"Em" and I have made leaps n bounds. I know when I first got her I has a green rider with a green horse. "Em" has taught me a lot about learning to trust and practice makes perfect. I know "Em" and I have still a lot more to learn and many more shows to do. So stay tune for updates!

I decide to write "Em"s old owner and find out some information. I was told "Em" was a thoroughbred trakhner but found out she is a full breed trkahner mare. Here the info from Melissa her old owner!

Em is a full Trak – no TB at all. Both her father and mother were sired by Abdullah (so she will be very valuable as a broodmare when you are done showing). I filled out her paperwork for AWS and they are mistaken, no TB at all. I have too many horses to remember her dam’s name off the top of my head but I know she was not a cross. I believe it started with a D…Dulca or something like that and her sire was Abdullah. She was imported from Germany when she was very young – either a yearling or 2 yr old, unfortunately the people who bought her neglected her and she was taken away from them – that is why we did not have her TRAK papers, they wouldn’t release them when she was confiscated. That is why I registered her with AWS, so she would at least have papers with someone.

I did not know the people who bought her. She was neglected (starved) and was not in good shape. She had injured herself (the scar on her back leg) and was generally bad off. She was confiscated and bought by some other people, they sent her to their trainer (also my trainer) she got in shape and was getting better but she never bonded with the new owners and was nasty with them (who could blame her after the other people were so bad to her?). The trainer was working with her and she was doing good – she had been evented a few times, but was terrible to load. I would see her all the time and she bonded to me. After a couple of years the trainer was moving back to New Zealand and she gave me Emily. I had Emily inspected/registered/branded because we were going to breed her. I wanted to show her a little more before we did breed her so I took her and Eddie all over the south to breed shows – they both won a lot. Then the hurricanes hit and we lost our barn and fences and I decided to sell her. Our place was in such bad shape and she was jumping the fences. I was sorry to loose her but I am glad you have her. Our house is built and all the new fences are in. We will be breaking ground on our new barn in February. I will send pics. When you are ready to retire her she can come back here, we will always have space for her.

WEll so start it off I wanted to make this blog because I wanted to tell everybody how far me and Ememablia have came. If yall dont know about me or Ememablia is here is a little info. Ememablia or know as "Em" is a trakhner/thoroughbred mare. She is around 16.2hands and 11 years old. She is a stunning grey with a brand and Abdullah is her bloodlines!!!! "Em" is a sassy mare but who couldnt love her great personailty on the ground. I "Kaijsa Bills" have been riding since the tender age of 3years old which now I am 15years old. I have ridden all the discplines from western to english. "Em" and I have been partners for a couple years now. We started out in a ruff stop but now we are inseperable. "Em" will only load for me and when I whistle she picks up her head and looks at me. We have really never had a consistent trainer so I just look up in the books and learn from them. We have come from 1st level dressage to 2nd level dressage in just over 6 months. We started out together jumping around 3-4ft courses at all my different farms but soon Em started a bad habbit of crazily bucking. So we came back down to straight flat work for around a year or so. We have been at M and M for around 6 months now and now are jumping 3ft and still continueing our dressage. We are also trying to get back into eventing again!
